Playing on The European Challenge Tour and seeing all levels of golf from a junior, Jak says the biggest mistake he sees is:
"Most golfers like to practice what they are good at... If people drive the ball well, they love hitting the driver. If they are a good putter, they will spend hours on the putting green.
I get it AND I know why...
Because it makes practice sessions more enjoyable.
But it's not productive.
Instead of hitting 100 balls aimlessley down the range, a lot of golfers would be better off hitting 20 drivers, 20 iron shots, 20 wedge shots, 20 chip shots and 20 putts.
This would be beneficial LONG TERM and help their scores improve, consistently."
